Policies

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders placed on my website for $9.50 and under will incur a flat rate shipping and handling charge of $3.50.  These orders will ship first class mail with delivery notification.  USPS claims this method of shipping should arrive in 2 to 9 days.  All orders over $9 will still ship priority mail for $6 and should arrive within 2 to 3 days.  

No shipping insurance is offered.  I ship USPS exclusively for parts.  Once I ship a package, I have NO control over its progression thru the system.

If online tracking indicates a package has been delivered to your address yet you did not received it, please open a Paypal case.

If USPS attempts to deliver a package and the package is returned to me, I will issue a refund LESS all shipping charges only once the package has physically be returned to me.

If online tracking indicates a package has been shipped and you have not received it in a normal timeframe (9 days for first class and up to 5 days for priority), please contact me.

In the event you have an order for $9.50 or less that you want shipped priority mail, you will need to send the payment and the order details directly to me, either at my paypal account (dave@olhasso.com) or me via the US mail. 

All orders ship with delivery notification.  USPS does NOT provide interim updates on the status of first class or priority mail with delivery notification.  The information available on the USPS web site indicates when I printed the shipping label which is the same day the package shipped (unless I print the label at night in which case the package shipped the following day.)

RETURN POLICY:

Unless a part sold is defective, broken or otherwise unusable, no return will be accepted.  Returns are only accepted after contacting me to discuss.  No exceptions.
